Humaira, adalah nama panggilan dari Aisyah binti Abu Bakar ash-Shiddiq. Beliau adalah salah satu wanita yang paling mulia di dalam Islam.

Yang pertama adalah dikarenakan iman dan takwa beliau kepada Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala.

Yang kedua, adalah dikarenakan posisinya sebagai istri Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam yang tentunya membuat beliau banyak melayani dan memenuhi kebutuhan Nabi, berdakwah dan berjihad bersama Nabi, menolong Nabi dalam berbagai keadaan yang berat di dalam dakwah sang Rasul.

Yang ketiga yang tidak kalah mulia, dikarenakan ilmu yang beliau miliki dikarenakan menghabiskan banyak waktu belajar bersama Nabi, yang ilmu tersebut bermanfaat dan tersebar hingga saat ini. Sangat besar keutamaan Aisyah, semoga Allah meridhai beliau.

Humaira, memiliki kedudukan yang istimewa di sisi Rasulullah. Beliau termasuk istri yang paling dicintai Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam.

Dan ‘Aisyah senang akan fakta tersebut, hingga beliau tampakkan di hadapan khalayak ramai. Sebagaimana disampaikan di dalam sebuah hadits saat orang-orang Habasyah tampil bermain di dalam masjid:

“Wahai Humaira, apakah engkau mau melihat mereka?”

Aisyah menjawab, “Iya.”

Maka Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam berdiri di depan pintu, lalu aku datang dan aku letakkan daguku pada pundak Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam dan aku tempelkan wajahku pada pipi beliau.”

Lalu ia mengatakan, “Di antara perkataan mereka tatkala itu adalah, ‘Abul Qasim adalah seorang yang baik’.”

Maka Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam mengatakan, “Apakah sudah cukup wahai Aisyah?”

Ia menjawab: “Jangan terburu-buru wahai Rasulullah.”

Maka beliau pun tetap berdiri. Lalu Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam mengulangi lagi pertanyaannya, “Apakah sudah cukup wahai Aisyah?”

Namun, Aisyah tetap menjawab, “Jangan terburu-buru wahai Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam,“

Aisyah mengatakan, “Sebenarnya bukan karena aku senang melihat permainan mereka, tetapi aku hanya ingin memperlihatkan kepada para wanita bagaimana kedudukan Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam terhadapku dan kedudukanku terhadapnya.” (HR. An-Nasa’i (5/307), lihat Ash Shahihah (3277)) [kisahmuslim]

Humaira, Aisyah binti Abu Bakar ash-Shiddiq juga merupakan istri yang Nabi sukai untuk diajak bercanda.

Saat kecil Nabi pernah bercanda tentang mainan kuda bersayap yang dimilikinya, yang Aisyah katakan sebagai kuda Nabi Sulaiman, yang membuat Nabi Shalllallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam tertawa.

Di lain kesempatan Rasulullah pun pernah mengajak lomba lari kepada ‘Aisyah sebagai tanda sayangnya dan tanda cintanya kepada sang istri tercinta.

Yang dari sini dapat diambil pelajaran bahwa bercanda dan bermain dengan istri adalah hal yang boleh bahkan baik dilakukan untuk mengikat hati dan melanggengkan biduk rumah tangga.

Di antara kemuliaan lainnya dari Humairah, Aisyah binti Abu Bakar, adalah kesetiaannya dan kecintaannya yang teramat besar kepada Nabi Shalallalhu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam.

Hal ini dibuktikan dalam suatu episode rumah tangga Rasulullah, di mana beliau berniat untuk menceraikan istri-istrinya dikarenakan mereka menginginkan untuk mendapat hal yang lebih (materi) yang tidak dapat beliau penuhi.

Maka beliau dengan kasih sayangnya memberikan pilihan kepada para istrinya untuk berpisah dengan baik ataukah bertahan di jalan dakwah bersama beliau.

Maka Aisyah adalah istri beliau yang pertama kali menyerukan dan memutuskan untuk bertahan bersama Nabi Shallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam.

Hal ini diabadikan di dalam al-Qur’an, dalam ayat:

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُل لِّأَزْوَاجِكَ إِن كُنتُنَّ تُرِدْنَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا وَزِينَتَهَا فَتَعَالَيْنَ أُمَتِّعْكُنَّ وَأُسَرِّحْكُنَّ سَرَاحًا جَمِيلًا () وَإِن كُنتُنَّ تُرِدْنَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَالدَّارَ الْآخِرَةَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ أَعَدَّ لِلْمُحْسِنَاتِ مِنكُنَّ أَجْرًا عَظِيمًا

“Hai Nabi, katakanlah kepada isteri-isterimu: “Jika kamu sekalian mengingini kehidupan dunia dan perhiasannya, maka marilah supaya kuberikan kepadamu mut’ah (suatu pemberian yang diberikan kepada perempuan yang telah diceraikan menurut kesanggupan suami, pen.) dan aku ceraikan kamu dengan cara yang baik. Dan jika kamu sekalian menghendaki (keredhaan) Allah dan Rasulnya-Nya serta (kesenangan) di negeri akhirat, maka sesungguhnya Allah menyediakan bagi siapa yang berbuat baik diantaramu pahala yang besar.” (Surat Al-Ahzab ayat 28-29)

Akhirnya ‘Aisyah menjadi contoh bagi para istri Nabi yang lainnya, dan mereka pun tetap bertahan bersama Nabi untuk menjadi ummahatul mukminin (Ibu-Ibu orang yang beriman).
