Salah satu hadis dari Nabi Muhammad Shallallahu alaihi wa sallam yang mengatakan bahwa, “Allah tidak menerima sholat wanita yang telah baligh, kecuali dengan memakai jilbab.” (HR. Ibnu Khuzaimah dan Al-A’dzami mengatakan sanadnya shahih)

Oleh karena itu, jika rambut tersingkap sedikit saja, menurut pendapat ini, maka perempuan tersebut kehilangan pahala sholatnya karena batal.
Hukumnya tidak batal
Pendapat yang kedua mengatakan bahwa hukum shalat tersebut tidak batal. Hal ini karena rambut yang tersingkap hanya sedikit saja. Pendapat ini diriwayatkan olah Imam Ahmad dan juga Imam Abu Hanifah.
Pendapat kedua ini dijelaskan lagi oleh Syaikhul Islam Ibnu Taimiyah. Dalam pendapatnya, beliau mengatakan:
ذا انكشف شيء يسير من شعرها وبدنها لم يكن عليها الإعادة، عند أكثر العلماء، وهو مذهب أبي حنيفة وأحمد.وإن انكشف شيء كثير، أعادت الصلاة في الوقت، عند عامة العلماء ـ الأئمة الأربعة، وغيرهم
“Jika ada rambut atau anggota badan wanita yang tersingkap sedikit, maka tidak ada kewajiban untuk mengulangi shalat menurut mayoritas ulama. Ini pendapat Abu Hanifah dan Ahmad. Namun jika yang tersingkap itu banyak, wajib mengulangi shalat di waktunya, menurut para ulama, baik ulama 4 madzhab maupun yang lainnya.” (Majmu’ al-Fatawa, 22/123) []
