Dengan bekerja maka istri tetap tidak boleh melalaikan kewajibannya kepada suami.

dari penghasilan suami, kemudian tidak tunduk dan tawaddu’ kepada
suaminya. Maka Allah Swt., dan Malaikat-Nya akan melaknat istri yang
demikian.
Banyak sekali kasus yang seperti ini telah terjadi, bahkan kalau
suami sudah mengatakan “Kamu berhenti bekerja dan lakukan kewajiban
sebagai istri di rumah, biar saya yang bertanggung jawab mencari
nafkah”.
Maka tidak ada alasan apapun yang dibenarkan oleh agama bagi istri,
untuk menolaknya saat itu juga istri harus “Sami’naa wa atha’naa,” aku
dengar dan aku patuh.
4 Apabila istri dalam melakukan pekerjaan tersebut kemudian ada tuntutan safar /bepergian dan menginap.
Maka istri harus dan wajib ditemani oleh mahramnya, walaupun suami
mengijinkannya. Ini adalah perkara yang banyak sekali dilanggar,
“Laki-laki tidak boleh berduaan dengan wanita yang bukan mahramya dan
Istri tidak boleh bepergian tanpa mahram.” Begitulah sabda Nabi ﷺ.
